Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how ITSutra Inc. (“ITSutra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with our recruiting and staffing services and the Screenings platform available at screenings.itsutra.com. By using our services or communicating with us, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide and information generated while we represent you:

• Contact information — your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Candidate profile information — work authorization and visa status, education, work experience, skills, location, and job preferences.
• Screening information — voice interview recordings, transcripts, and the analysis produced from them when you complete an AI screening.
• Communications — the content of text messages, emails, and calls between you and our recruiters, including consent records.
• Technical data — basic device and log information needed to operate and secure the platform.

How we use your information

• To represent you in job placement and communicate about your job search.
• To send job submission updates, interview scheduling, document requests, screening invitations and reminders, and recruiter replies.
• To conduct and analyze AI voice screenings and match you to open roles.
• To operate, secure, and improve our services and to comply with legal obligations.

SMS / text messaging program

ITSutra sends candidates text (SMS) messages as part of representing them in their job search. Program message types include job submission updates, interview scheduling, document requests, screening invitations and reminders, and recruiter replies.

How we obtain your consent

Candidates provide prior express consent to receive SMS in one of two ways, and only after engaging ITSutra to represent them in their job placement (so an existing business relationship exists at the time of opt-in):

• Candidate-initiated — you text ITSutra directly after receiving our number from your recruiter, which establishes opt-in by your own initiation.
• Verbal consent on a recorded call — during a recorded phone call, your recruiter asks whether you agree to receive SMS updates about your job search, and you verbally confirm. The recruiter reads the following script, and your spoken agreement is captured on the recorded call:

  “Before we start sending you updates by text — is it okay if we text you about your job search? That includes submission updates, interview scheduling, document requests, and replies from me. Message frequency varies depending on your job search activity, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Saying yes isn’t required for us to represent you. Do I have your permission to text you at [number]?”

ITSutra does not purchase, rent, share, or upload phone numbers from any third party, and consent is never bought from a list provider. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of being represented by ITSutra.

Mobile information — no sharing with third parties

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile opt-in data is never used for third-party marketing under any circumstances.

How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to provide our services, and never sell it:

• Employers and clients — with your knowledge, we share the candidate profile and screening results relevant to a role you are being submitted for. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent data for this purpose.
• Service providers — vendors who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, such as our messaging provider (Twilio), voice screening provider (ElevenLabs), analysis provider (OpenRouter), email delivery, and hosting. These providers may only use the data to perform services for us.
• Legal — when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

The exclusion of mobile opt-in data and consent from any third-party sharing applies to all of the above categories.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as we represent you and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your information as described below; we honor opt-out (STOP) requests promptly.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

Your choices and rights

• Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
• Ask questions about this policy or how your data is handled.

Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for job-seeking adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
